Flat Roofing
We specialize in three different types of flat roofs; traditional felt, rubber and PVC. All come with guarantees of between 15-25 years. All our work is fully guaranteed and carried out by tradesmen with many years of experience.
We do all types of flat roofs from large industrial buildings to all types of houses. We cover dormer, windows, porches, extensions, garage roofs, porta cabins. No roof is too small or too large.
Signature Flat Roofing is a new system with a 25-year labour and material warranty backed by its manufacturers Sig Roofing Supplies, who have been a long established company. At the moment it is the only flat roofing system of its kind to carry such a long warranty, although it guarantees 25 years it is expected to last much longer.
We also offer single ply flat roof covered by a 20-year warranty.
Felt roofing is a great way to cover large areas. It is relatively cost effective and quick to fit, which has helped make felt roofing one of the most popular roofing options.
Tiled Roofing
As well as slate roofing we can also provide new tiled roofs or tiled roof repairs. Tiled roofs tend to be more cost effective than slate roofing. The advantages include a variety of stunning finishes and colours.
10 year guarantee various types of tiles supplied from new decking to the complete tiled finish. Dry Ridge Tile and Verge System requires no maintenance.
Tiling is also a speciality, we offer a wide range of tiles which we can show you in our catalogue. The roofs are carried out from complete re-decking to the tiles along with dry verge and ridge tiles we are now replacing many roofs that are 40 years and over being their life span.
Slate Roofing
We offer a complete range of slate roofing services, including the supply & installation of new slate roofs as well as slate roof repairs & maintenance. Slate roofing is the more durable way of covering large areas of roof.
Reclaimed Slate
(Welsh, Scots and Spanish) We buy and sell all sizes of recycled and second hand welsh slates. We can strip steadings and unused buildings or buy as seen. For more information call 01224 494222

Aberdeen Broomhill provides a wide range of uPVC products and accessories, available in various colours and styles. All with a 10 year guarantee.

Windows and Doors
All of our windows and doors carry a full 10-year guarantee and are available in a wide variety of colours and finishes, including ‘Natural Wood Grain’ finishes on uPVC. We also install Velux windows.
Fascia & Soffits
We can remove and replace all of your old fascia/soffits and advise you as to the condition of any underlying timbers. We underlay the edge of the sarking felt and also, where necessary, fit bird barrier combs. The new fascias and soffits are ventilated to help prevent the problems associated with overcladding.
Guttering and Downpipes
Guttering is the final piece of the jigsaw that is waterproofing your home, ensuring you guttering is kept clean and functional is a vital part in maintaining your roofs overall integrity.
We can clean, repair or replace your guttering or downpipes with cast iron, aluminium or uPVC (available in 4 different colours).
Conservatory Roof Refurbishments
